Evangelism in Cameroon

Cameroon

In 2009, Rev Michael Jarrett was invited to Cameroon, Africa to minister in the churches of World Wide Missions Cameroon and discuss with the denominational leaders the difficulties their organization was facing. Due to many years of poor leadership and lack of vision the organization had dwindled and many pastors and congregation to leave. Now with new leadership, World Wide Missions Cameroon is looking to reset its course and re-establish itself as a church planting, soul winning organization. After much prayer and investigating the situation, Ends of the Earth Ministries decided to partner with World Wide Missions Cameroon in assisting them in reorganizing and revitalizing their mission. We carry out this partnership by providing advice and consultation with the denominational leaders, holding leadership conferences to train and prepare pastors, developing a leadership training institute. Ends of the Earth Ministries, in partnership with the United Anglican Church Province II, also works with the Free Presbyterian Church of Cameroon, in providing resources and training materials.

Deaf Ministry in Cameroon

Ends of the Earth Ministries has partnered with Lifehouse to help change the destinies of the deaf in Cameroon. Lifehouse is a deaf residential school located in Obala, Cameroon. Our partnership includes oversight, fundraising, mission trips to Lifehouse, helping with supplies and to network the deaf community in Cameroon with those who have a heart for the deaf in different parts of the world. We have recently purchased land and are looking forward to building on it in the near future.
Preaching conference in Liberia

Liberia

In 2010, Ends of the Earth Ministries was invited to participate in World Wide Mission Liberia conference. Rev Jarrett arrived in Liberia in January and spent the month in Buchanan City preaching and teaching. He also used the trip as an opportunity to investigate the situation of the deaf community in Liberia. After Rev Jarrett met with the Liberian denominational leaders, it was decided that Ends of Earth Ministries would partner with World Wide Missions Liberia in establishing deaf ministries. In 2011, Rev Jarrett will travel to Liberia and address the World Wide Mission pastor's conference. He will also bring the resources to open the "Sign Language School for the Nations".

Printing Ministry

Ever since the summer of 1993, when Ends of the Earth (formerly New Life Ministries) received a humanitarian aid container from the USA with enough equipment to start a small printing ministry we have been printing the Gospel and teaching materials in the Russian language. In 1993, Rev Michael Jarrett wrote the evangelism booklet "Beginning the New Life".The printing ministry produced it and distributed them throughout the former Soviet Union. Thousands have come to Christ as a result of the printing ministry. Each year we hear from those who came to the Lord as a result of the printing ministry. The printing ministry continues to operate today, producing evangelism and teaching material with a special emphasis on the deaf. An upcoming printing project is a book written by Rev Jarrett entitled "I am dead...not dumb".
